I run courses that cover PRINCE2™, Project Management Skills and Business Analysis.

I run PRINCE2™ Practitioner courses in Cornwall with Camborne based accredited training provider Vi²dus.
Public course dates are:

The venue is Kingsley Village Conference Centre, Fraddon, just off the A30. Easy to get to from anywhere in Cornwall and 15 minutes drive from Newquay Airport.

PRINCE2™ Courses

PRINCE2™ is a structured method for effective project management, suitable for all types of project. It is based on standard best practice and used by organisations in both public and private sectors.

The course includes exams for the PRINCE2™ Foundation and Practitioner qualifications which are recognised nationally and internationally.

These are valuable qualifications to have for professional and career development. Organisations that have qualified people can demonstrate, both to customers and external reviewers, that they are applying best practice in project management.

Project Management Skills

The Project Management Skills course covers the practical "nuts and bolts" of project management including planning techniques, constructing a business case, risk management and project controls. These topics are covered in more depth than on the PRINCE2™ course and so this is an ideal follow-up, or can be taken as a stand-alone course.The courses will benefit anybody involved in project management. They are suitable for all types of organisation across most professional disciplines.

In Cornwall I have trained people from a range of organisations including Cornwall County Council, Penwith Housing Association, Royal Cornwall Hospital and English Nature. I have also worked with many local companies, small businesses, community organisations and individual consultants.

These have come from a wide range of sectors including IT, finance, fund raising, engineering and construction.

The courses are aimed at those working in Cornwall but are open to anybody. If you are based outside the county please don't hesitate to get in touch - Cornwall is a great place to attend a training course ! There are now flights into Newquay Airport several times each day from London Gatwick and other cities.
